Gilad Pellaeon |
Gilad Pellaeon was the captain of Chimaera in Death Squadron, and ordered the Imperial fleet's retreat over Endor in the chaotic rout. The return of Thrawn to the Empire brought hope to Pellaeon that the Empire could be restored to prominence, but Thrawn's death ended that dream. Pellaeon later joined Daala with the same hopes, but her resignation forced Pellaeon into leadership of the Imperial Remnant. |

Vilim Disra |
Originally the administrator of the Shelsha sector, Vilim Disra's ambition saw him plotting to overthrow Governor Barshnis Choard. Disra would string Choard along with his support before turning him over to Darth vader. While the role of governor was denied to him, Disra would rise in other areas over the years, earning the rank of Moff. After Endor, Disra advised Rufaan Tigellinus to reject the Central Committee of Grand Moff's demeaning offer to recruit him. This would lead to Tigellinus' execution and Disra eagerly snatching up his assets and a place on the committee for himself. By 19 ABY, Disra was the leading figure of the Imperial Remnant's Council of Moffs, and formed the Sinister Triumvirate between himself, Grodin Tierce, and the con-artist Flim, lending his political and illicit connections to the conspiracy. |

Grodin Tierce |
A cloned former Imperial Guard implanted with Thrawn's strategic genius, Tierce is the true leader of the Sinister Triumvirate. Financially backed by Moff Disra, he uses the conman Flim to impersonate Thrawn and control the Empire. While only a shadow of Thrawn's true genius, he remains physically and mentally very competent. |

Drend Navett |
A highly trained Imperial Intelligence agent, Navett and his team were specialists in sabotage and inciting riots, a skill frequently exploited by Moff Disra in his various schemes. |

Meihz Vermel |
A trusted subordinate of Admiral Pellaeon and a colonel in the Imperial Army, Vermel was sent on a mission to open peace negotiations between the Imperial Remnant and the New Republic. |

Dorja |
Hailing from a family with a history in the military, Dorja was captain of the Relentless. When the Battle of Endor was lost, the fleet officer's adherence to Pellaeon's orders to retreat grated at Dorja, whose seniority was ignored. Dorja aimed to take command of the Empire for himself, but Thrawn's return curtailed this, and made Dorja seethe as a non-human now lead the Empire. Years later, Dorja and the Relentless would host the Sinister Triumvirate in their plans. |
Capturing Nirauan[]
- [Incoming Transmission from Gilad Pellaeon] - "Intel combed the data tapes we recovered from the Hand of Thrawn and found an original copy of the Caamas Document. I can use this to begin Treaty Negotiations with the New Republic. [PEACE TREATY VICTORY AVAILABLE]
Thrawn's Return - The Imposter[]
- [Incoming Transmission from Grand Admiral Thrawn] - "This is Grand Admiral Thrawn. I have returned to restore Imperial rule to the galaxy. I call on all loyal subjects of the Empire, in the Known Galaxy and beyond, to follow me. To the leaders of the Rebellion: I urge you to surrender now and spare the galaxy further bloodshed.

Grodin Tierce & Flim |
Flim is a human con man posing as the late Thrawn. Extensive study, excellent acting skills, and advanced prosthetics help to transform Flim into the very image of the Chiss Grand Admiral. Major Grodin Tierce is a clone of a deceased Royal Guard created by Thrawn. Thrawn implanted the clone Tierce with some of his own strategic genius, but was disappointed by the result and canceled the project. Nonetheless, Tierce is physically and mentally exceptional. He, not Moff Disra, is the true leader of the Sinister Triumvirate. |

Pellaeon's Defection[]
- [Incoming Transmission from Gilad Pellaeon] - "Disra may think he has the upper hand, but I haven't spent my life in service to the Empire just to let a greedy fool like him destroy everything the New Order stands for. Helm, set course for the Unknown Regions!"
