The main anti-air vehicle used by the Empire Of The Hand, the Kirov is effect against all kinds of airspeeders and stopping bombing runs, its also somewhat effect against infantry with its two laser cannons and flak pod doing some damage.
However, like all repulsorlift vehicles, its weak against anything larger than an AT-ST.
